1) We are LEED Homes accredited (can work with local AHJ, and qualified contractors). This may not be important for everyone, but for those that have interest in this technology, we have this optional extra services to select from.

2) We can provide contacts or contract with qualified structural engineers, surveyors, have worked with numerous builders/contractors (based on location), etc.

3) We are continually looking towards the future, and optional innovative ways to construct a more efficient home (T-Studs, open web joists, HVAC opportunities, etc.)
